Payment & Cancellation Policy
As deposit, 14 days prior your arrival, Bouchard Inn will charge your credit card for the first night stay. If your reservation is for more than a night, the rest of the payment will be processed at the time of check-in.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.
No charge for room cancellations with at least two weeks notice. No shows or less than the previous notices will result in a charge equal to the first unattended night room charge.
If the credit card on the file is invalid, we will try to contact you using the e-mail address provided at booking time. If we won’t succeed to get in contact with you 1 week prior your arrival, your reservation will be cancelled.
If you will make the reservation within 14 days prior your arrival, your deposit will be charged at the booking time.
If you will be using a Gift Certificate as payment, please make a note at the booking time.
If at the check-in time you will request to use a different payment method, any refunds for your convenience will be subject to a $10.00 fee.
Bouchard Inn General Policies
Bouchard Inn is a Smoke Free Property. There is no smoking of any type (including e-cigarettes) allowed inside the buildings. Smoking is allowed outside at designated areas. The inn reserves the right to charge the credit card on file $150 fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning if it is determined that a guest has violated the Inn’s policy.
Bouchard Inn is a Pet Free Property. Service Dogs will be allowed with the proper ADA documentation.
Bouchard Inn is offering complimentary parking for just One Car per Room. Parking for the Inn is behind Chanterelle Restaurant at Bouchard Inn. It can be accessed by taking the first right after passing in front of the Chanterelle Restaurant onto Coddington Warf. Please proceed about 50 feet (3 houses), turn right after our “Harbor House” (you will see a stone wall with a sign “Inn Guest Only”) and pull up behind the building.
All reservations requests must have the first and last name of the adult guest occupying the suite. Valid identification might be required upon check-in.
The Continental Breakfast will be served at your door between 8:00am – 8:30am.
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Because Tuesday is the only day when Chanterelle Restaurant is closed, we will be at the front desk only until 5:00 pm. If arriving after closing hours, please let us know ahead of time in order to provide you with directions and contact numbers available 24/7. Departure after 11:00 a.m. will incur a late check-out fee.
The price for all rooms, except Alberta Suite, are based on per night double occupancy and are subject to Rhode Island’s 7% sales tax and 6% lodging tax. Additional guests (5 and older) are $25.00 per person, per night.
