What hours is the front desk open?
The front desk is open every day from 9am – 10pm (at least), except Tuesday 9am-5pm. Outside these hours you can use the contact numbers that you’ll receive at the check-in time, or leave a message at 401-846-0123.
Does Bouchard Inn you offer parking? If yes, where is it?
Yes, we offer parking for ONE CAR per room. Unfortunately, we do not have extra parking. . Parking for the Inn is behind Bouchard Restaurant. It can be accessed by taking the first right after passing in front of the Bouchard Restaurant onto Coddington Warf. Please proceed about 50 feet (3 houses), turn right after our “Harbor House” (you will see a stone wall with a sign “Inn Guest Only”) and pull up behind the building.
Can we bring our daughter with us?
Yes, children are welcome. Additional guests (5 and older) are $25.00 per person, per night. Also make sure you have booked a room that allows more than 2 people.
Do you accept pets?
Bouchard Inn is a Pet Free Property. Service Dogs will be allowed with the proper ADA documentation.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is between 3:00 and 10:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Because Tuesday is the only day when Bouchard Restaurant is closed, we will be at the front desk only until 5:00 pm. If arriving after closing hours, please let us know ahead of time in order to provide you with directions and contact numbers available 24/7. Departure after 11:00 a.m. will incur a late check-out fee.
What forms of payment do you accept? Can I use my debit card?
Yes. We accept Visa/Master/Discover/Amex and Bouchard Gift Certificates.
When do you charge my credit card for my stay?
As deposit, 14 days prior your arrival, Bouchard Inn will charge your first night stay. If your reservation is for more than a night, the rest of the payment will be processed at the time of check-in.
Can I change my credit card at arrival?
Yes, for an unpaid balance you can use any credit card at the check-in time. Any refunds for your convenience, on deposit, will be subject to a $10.00 fee.
Is there a pool on property?
Do you have elevators?
Unfortunately, none of our three buildings have elevator. Our staff is available always to help you with your luggage.
